1 game 3pts
2 games 3 pts
3 games 6 pts...so far so good - and we're all loving the new manager bounce.
4 games 6pts
5 games ?? pts
6 games ?? pts

6pts from 6 games?? 1per game...down.
7 pts from 6 games?? 1.16 per game...this is not enough.
8pts from 6 games?? 1.33 per game...this is barely break even.

Poor Reffs, iffy Pennos. This is what happens when your at the bottom.

It'll go down to the last game Vs Bournemouth

You reap what you sow in life.

Our board consistently sell our top talent (actually nothing wrong with that, it is a business after all) It fail to replace.

Suicidal and will see us in the championship and will not bounce back like Burnley will.

We will be tagged by the so-called lesser teams in the championship as scalps they all want and will take.

The performance was not that bad yesterday just no finishing or players scared to shoot.

Doucoure is not a football player and Iwobi is not a winger, they have shown that in the last two games and hopefully Dyche learns that quickly.

Every other season games go the way of teams at the bottom and they chop and change places but not this season and we have to stop looking ahead at how many games we have left and get the points now before it’s too late - something I think already.

If we have an actual striker who can do his job then we win that game by 2 or 3 goals. The chances we created and the balls put into the box for players to attack. I said to everyone after deadline day, if DCL stays fit we stay up if he doesn’t which we all knew he wouldn’t, think we go down. Not being all doom and gloom but we can all see the major difference when dcl isn’t in that team. Even if dcl doesn’t score his general presence on the pitch affects opponents. Criminal negligence from the club who had 6 months to find players not a player as we needed at least 2.

Said before the game and I’ll repeat it now it’s criminal that the board have left us in this position. any half decent striker we are home and hosed at half time . The board should think themselves lucky they rethought their decision to attend yesterday , they’re an absolute disgrace .

I am not saying better but also not worse. If Simms starts, do we win? Probably not
Based on the 1 game which was his first start for us for about 2 years where we created absolutely nothing for him all game we're discrediting a young player and backing someone who manages to have less skill than Oumar Niasse and keeps missing chance after chance. Sound.

We win that with a fit striker. They were crap.
When I woke up this morning and the Guinness had dissipated from my system, I think that's the key point I took from yesterday's performance, like with Leeds.

Apart from the first ten or so minutes, we were the much better team in the first half and right up until the penalty. We made chances and looked okay, in general.

While I'd like more clear-cut chances, our issue this season hasn't been getting the ball forward, but rather having players who are clinical in and around the area.

Sadly, Maupay doesn't have the physicality, movement or prowess in the area to really test defences: you can't even say he occupied Mings to help the others.

A fit and able striker would have hopefully put at least one chance away in the first half - if not actually two - and would have stretched Villa to let others in.

Even though I don't feel Simms is yet what we need, I will admit that I feel he'd have been more influential yesterday because he'd have occupied the opposition.

It meant the likes of Iwobi, McNeil, Onana or Doucouré (one of which should be the player pushing into the box) had little space to run into - it's all nervous.

As many had worried about, the second they scored we knew we were unlikely to score one, let alone two, and the players' heads dropped and we rolled over.

We're playing better football: we're more organised; the players are creating opportunities; we look more solid at the back. But, they must worry about the above.

If we don't score early on, the defence and midfield know that they'll be under extra pressure, as one goal can kill us off, just like it did yesterday.

There are many positives we can take from yesterday's game, however we all know that the lack of threat up front is going to keep coming back to haunt us.

The ope we had last season isn't there; coming out of Goodison Park, the mood was testament to how many of the fan base simly don't have the fight in them.

See the main problem I have, is this club has no plan by the leadership. We see it in recruitment from the players and the managers. Dyche or biesla seriously. Right now what should be happening is Kevin should be planning for life in the prem and life in the championship. Who do we sell if we stay and who do we buy. Likewise who do we have to sell and want to sell if we in the championship and who can we buy. Now we all guessing as we don’t know but I’m not confident that’s happening due to what we have been shown so far. Also if we go down heads need to roll, I personally think Kevin should go with the rest of the board if w ego down. I may be harsh because he could have his hands tie, but it’s his responsibility for recruitment so if he has his hands tied he should just go because it’s only damaging his image.

We looked dead and buried towards the end of last season.

Then we fans got right behind the players and the manager and we suddenly beat Chelsea out of the blue.

Our great club is in dire straits but it's not yet all over for us, as much as the RS media would like us to believe that was the case.
