Perfectly true, but that's not his job. It's why we brought in Allan and Doucoure.

Given how poor he is off the ball, he's got to be doing more on it for me. Occasionally contribute an assist, or even just a forceful finding ball forward. God forbid a goal or two.

He doesn't have enough touches of the ball per game to warrant the "makes us tick" - not having the engine shouts just because he's fashionable either.

If his name was Andy Gorman and he come through our academy he'd be getting the Tom Davies treatment.

Richie been fit is the main thing for me. That Lamptey has been great going forward this season but Richie’s work rate getting back an ability going forward will cause him major problems today.

Beyond the fact that Holgate can't pass at the level we'd like right now, Allan will also be back first.

On the tactical side we struggled to mark the WBA fullbacks when they played a similar formation against us. We didn't really solve it either as Gibbs decided to get sent off. We have to do better today.

If we’re talking about getting in to Europe we should have no fear of playing Brighton.

Even with a couple of players missing we should have to much for them, wether there in form or not.

I reckon he could too given time. Great to have a player who can play in multiple positions if required! Full back, Centre half and Defensive Midfield
