I'd have though that unlike Liverpool, who care not one jot for the well being of fans, good sense would've prevailed here.

….ha, ha, had an appointment at St Paul’s Eye Hospital at 08.45, left there about 10.00 and walked to West Derby Rd where I used my OAP bus pass to get back home.

Didn’t find it too bad at all underfoot, I think the smattering of hail helped but it could be tricky later when the temp falls.

I've done my usual 60 minute walk this morning and it was fine. A lot easier to walk today as the new layer of snow covered the icy paths from yesterday. Will probably ice over again later on but atm the sun is shining and it's nice and warm when your actually in the sun.
