And so it begins. Another season and one with as low as expectations as we have had in a long time. Its been a very odd summer.
Carlo buggered off to Spain and was replaced by Rafeal Benitez. Even writing that is very strange. We have added 3 players to the squad in begovic, townsend and denari gray. Not exactly the galactacitos. Premier league rules have screwed us this summer.
So what to expect from Saturday. Who knows . Southampton ain't great. Hopefully we have dcl and richy available. They signed a new striker today so we know what happens there.
The manager needs to start well. Or well it will be toxic at the Old lady.
The positives are a full house and a return to 3pm Saturday football .
It's the hope that kills you so luckily we have very little at the moment.
But come 5 to 3 Saturday we can all dare to dream for a while.
