I'd be very, very dissapointed if we draw at home to Stoke. No disrespect to them, there not [Poor language removed] but there away record is poor and according to the stats they have the worst passing accuracy in the League.

With that extra man in midfield (Rodwell) I expect is to dominate possession and hopefully with our quality upfront we'll get the goals we need. If not, we've always got our set pieces.

The key to this game is keep the ball on the pitch, we all know how good Stoke are with the throws and they've added quality to there side in Etherington and Tuncay.

I'm hoping Yobo's back so we have enough aerial power back there, I'm not sure Heitinga's big enough to deal with players like Kitson and Beattie.

We need our big players to be fit, as my man TxB says Rodzilla should shine against teams like these, yes they are big strong unit, but nobody should out Everton Everton, not at Home.

Anything less than a walk in the park and im gonna be peed off.

Yes Brownie, a great football mind. Gosling laid his golden egg when he played a goal against the red team. He does not develop like the young Rodwell. I fear the next Osman.

Given that we are on a hot streak I'm hoping Pulis throws everybody back in hopes of getting a 0-0 or 1-1 draw. Stoke is pretty lousy when they play that way. If he does we'll win 2-0 or 3-0. When Stoke has a go at teams though they usually cause problems for most teams in the prem including us.

I remember last year when Stoke came after us. We couldn't handle Delap's throws, and you had your fair share of goal scoring chances. Hopefully we won't have that problem matching up physically with Disitin and Yobo. Given Jags lack of height we might be better off w/o him when Stoke comes to town.

How's Tuncay doing for you guys? I've only seen him come on as a sub on the wing. It seems on Stoke he could be an attacking mid and give you an attacking threat that you didn't have before. I don't rate Huth but he seems to be doing decent for Stoke as well.

Not sure about Pienaar or Yobo, could go either way with them. Late fitness tests for both.

Pienaar wont be fit. He's been on crutches all week. Going from that to a big physical game with Stoke isnt going to happen.

I just wanna see Heitinga more in a position he can call his own. He will be a monster for us.
