currently the toffeeweb criticism machine/mailbag is working overtime with the 'moyes apologists' being condemned for the same old comments

Yea, didn't you see me, rushing around all four sides of the ground last Wednesday, whipping up all the docile fans into a massive chorus of boos, all because I thought Davie was making the wrong substitutions??? You're right; I was a long way away on the other end of a plasma screen... so tell me: how did I actually perform that orchestration trick? I must be [Poor language removed] good, is all I can say. That or you are perhaps being just a little silly.

michael doesnt realise that some fans can be prompted before a match using the medium of the internet to concentrate on certain negative aspects of the current regime.

People who provide sensible and balanced defences of Moyes get treated with respect; those who peddle repetitive unimaginative [Poor language removed] that usually starts with "He took us to 4th place" and "he has saved us from relegation" get pretty short shrift, I'm afraid.

sensible and balanced in who's opinion? (mein fuhrer) do note the 'repetitive unimaginative' also. and im not in synch with looking down on our fourth place and not being annual relegation fodder.

Talking of results, I saw what happened last Wednesday... did you? Or was your view conveniently obstructed by a bloody great big pillar?

glib remark

Personally, I don't give a monkeys how far back your Everton "credentials" go either — is that supposed to impress us? Why do so many of the especially aged contributors need to qualify their views with this stuff? If you've got an opinion, voice it and tell us what current relevant information it's based on.

impress us michael? speaking for the mob again? looks like you are '[Poor language removed] good'

If we have the best bunch of players, and the best young manager, why can't they play some of the best football? Why instead do they play some of the absolute worst football??? It doesn't have to be 'flowing' football; I'd settle for 'half-decent' at this point.

this old chestnut, 'best football', isnt beauty in the eye of the beholder? the problem with playing football 'a la dutch total' is the free will of the opposition, couple that with players not being robots and suddenly we have variables in the way. so enjoy the fast, flowing, good performances when you see them, but to harp on 'repetitive unimaginative' condemnation of the standard of football you expect is getting boring.

In response to your request to end the "carping", NO! — I will continue to call it as I see it, no matter how many of your season-ticket pals content themselves with watching [Poor language removed]. — Michael

isnt it nice that michael gets to call it as he sees it, and gets the final word everytime, and gets to make snide remarks.

i didnt write in with the piece that this response is taken from.

back on topic, can anyone point me in the direction of finding out exactly who moyes has signed in his everton career and at the same time who he has sold.

im looking to do an in depth comparrison so as to actually get an idea of cash for transfers/wages, and do a little compare and contrast with the 4 sides that finish 5-8 in may.

Suits the place to go would surely be in TW or NSNO and cheking the transfer activity over the last five years, best of luck to you and lets see the response.

Who ever the cocky sod was complaining that someone had supported the blues for a lot long that he had seems to a bit of a prat. It doesn't matter how long you support a team for, it does matter how much you respect the club and your fellow supporters. It reminds me of the prat Herewego, I nearly changed my mind over leaving GP because of the disrespect exhibited by that bloke to myself and our ancestral home, a total git if there was one.

the quote is a reply from michael kenwick to someone in the tw mailbag. my comments are the bits in blue

i highlighted another occasion where he over steps his boundary, but "..... corrupting absolutley".

as for my question about signings, it looks like i have some reading to do.

It's his site, and its probably the best EFC fan site, so I guess he can do what he wants, even if he does come over as an arrogant pillock who needs the last word to make up for his extremely small manhood.

I see that the forum link on TW has changed to that beacon of sense, harmony and brotherly love which is known as The People's Forum (I thought Kenny Fogarty had flounced off into internet parts unknown but he still seems to be alive and kicking over there...).

Bluekipper main site and NSNO are better imo.

:blink::mellow:

TW is not only the best Everton fansite in my eyes, it's the best Premiership football team website and argueably the best unofficial site i have ever come across.

It wont runner up in 4football but was alot better than the winner in my eyes.

When you understand what goes on behind a website, you appreciate them more. TW is a masterpiece, shame about some of the negativity though.

What negativity?:P

Hopefully just a temporary setback. Who knows they may be calling you Danny to be head honcho someday. Looks like Garry might have thrown in the cards. The site has never been down that long before.
