Facebook login

Why does the forum occasionally try to run a login status php file from Facebook? Is it some social media auto-friend script or something?

Added: oh I see, it's something to do with the Sticky at the top of this forum. Still tries to run the php when you are logged in already, though, and when you don't have a Facebook account...

Yep. I get the facebook pop up everytime I post.

EDIT: But only in IE, doesn't seem to happen with Firefox.

Have you ever linked your facebook account to here at all or anything? There must be something you have done, that I havent.

I take it you have the google toolbar, with the popup blocker?

Well I did try the facebook link and I've never been able to stop it from popping up ever since even though I've logged out and logged back in without linking to facebook. I do have popup blocker yeah.

Well I logged out and back in again a little while ago and it doesn't seem to be doing it now... So maybe you fixed it?
