Fake Adobe Alert Letter or what?

My wife received a letter today supposedlly from Adboe Ireland dated 23 Oct 2013 warning her to check her account & change her password, the only Adobe product she uses is a FREE version of Adobe Reader for which you don't need a password, does she have anything to worry about?

Doesn't sound like anything to worry about, the worry would be if the password to her Adobe ID account is the same as it is for other websites where payment details are stored (amazon for example).

Adobe ID's were hacked.

If your wife has an Adobe ID (i.e. she registered online at adobe.com), then she needs to change her password, as it's been hacked.
