I will leave if we're winning 2-0+ or along those lines, if it means i can have a quick jog to Kirkdale, and avoid the risk of not getting on the train, and subsequently not get home til gone 7 from a 3pm KO, whereas i could be home by 5:40 otherwise.

If the game is buried i may leave early too.

I remember bailing after like 60 mins against BATE a few years ago, it was bitter, it was the kids, it was meaningless.
