So a valuation of 70mil - possibly a break-up valuation?
Esk, newish member, but regular reader. If there is some availability, how do you find out exactly how much? Is it just a matter of ringing them up / online enquiry? Sorry, off topic I know and might sound like a daft question, but if you don't know, you don't know. Cheers.
60% discount to the Moshiri acquisition price suggests shareholders not expecting exercising of options/further acquisitions soon.
We will see.Keep up the good work Marty, you're making Damo appear like someone who knows what they're on about
Is this something we should be concerned about? I thought it was expected that the options were going to be exercised soon enough?

Yours have been clonking since Easter. The fact the exercising of the shares is clearly not remotely imminent should set alarm bells ringing.
Further acquisitions I understand, but the exercising of options is irrelevant surely as price and timescale are set.60% discount to the Moshiri acquisition price suggests shareholders not expecting exercising of options/further acquisitions soon.

Am hoping esk is talking about purchasing other shares rather than Kenwright/woods etc?I thought it would happen before Christmas?
Add this into other strange goings on:
Elstone and Baxendale joining the board.
Promised a new start and we had a summer like every other we before it.
