Genuinely starting to agree with what you are saying, but yet keep getting told to stop being paranoid etc, but the truth is he has bought just under half of the football club, the biggest thing that has happened to the club in years and all we have had is a brief statement, but yet Bolton get taken over and Holdsworth is giving interviews all over the place, something isn't quite right here IMO
What difference will an interview make, will it put one penny more into the club ?
If he says they are going to make the club great again, they are going to have a huge transfer budget, will that make it happen ?
I think that at Everton the big issue is the new stadium and that the work surrounding this will be done quietly out of the public glare.

There probably will be some kind of generic statement from the new owner soon, possibly in the programme for the game on Saturday. I don't expect it will say much.

So you don't admit it would be nice to hear what some of his plans are for the club?, hell we haven't even had an official statement and what or whose shares he has purchased, with Robert Earl still listed as a director on the everton website, hey look if people think its cool to hear nothing etc then fair enough, but personally I would like at least some formal article on the website

Everton Football Club Ltd is a private company so has no requirement to say who has whatever number of shares other than when that amount is greater than 10% ( because of PL rules not Company Law).

Technically Earl is still a Director, there's no change listed on Companies House.

Going a little further - RE is still on the list of directors _or was 2 mins ago at Companies House. This may or may not be the actual position as it can take up to 72 hours to update and pretty certain it's not real time for any filings.

Thanks pal, imagine he released one like that.

Substitue Elstone for Cook, Martinez for Hughes and Shinawatra for Kenwright, this place would explode.

In hindsight how much of that was actually true. I know a lot about City's academy and for all there excellent facilities, that is not producing yet.
Thats going to be there biggest challenge getting younger players through to the first team ,alot of city fans reckon there u16 team is there golden generation , but there campus is out of this world

I thought they may do overnight batches but according to Companies House it is real time:

"enabling both consumers and technology providers to access real real time updates on companies."

That's not taking into account any inefficiencies in L4 though lol

I know City's academy inside out, I posted on here how they are about to lose a couple of there better players at u16 level this summer not so long ago.

They have the best team at every age group, sadly this does not look like transferring to the first team any time soon.

For anyone who's really fretting, go on

Just phoned them and was about to post a correction. It is within 5 to 10 minutes of it being accepted in the case of directorships cos my mate Oliver at Companies House said so.
Was changed in their last upgrade apparently.
So if someone wants to put a trace on the Company, they will be able to break the news.
Me - CBA, it'll happen when it happens.
