Fair Play table's even more of a roundabout way in than the Intertoto. They would've been nowhere near the top if us, Utd, Chelsea etc hadn't already qualified for Europe by actually playing well.

Also, if our refs would actually book prats for diving or make some decisions against the top 4, England wouldn't be near the top of the country fair play table either.
