Ferguson Caretaker Manager

Needs to be given the next four league games, if he gets 5-6 points then he should get the next five games - gets 3 wins or 2 and a couple of draws then five more.

We need a good evaluation period to see if he can be the permanent manager. If he gets 3/4 games and is unbeaten but is still replaced the new man is going to struggle to get out of the shade, especially if Ferguson is still on the coaching staff.

Need to be getting 7-9 points from them 4 games, if we get 4 points from them run of games we are in deep deep trouble

I’ve drawn up a list of a few pro’s and cons for giving him the job full time. Not that anyones arsed.

Pro’s:
•Knows the players and all the staff at FF

•He “gets us”

•Bleeds blue.

Cons:
•Has no experience of football management aside from his coaching role and a few games as caretaker.

•Players are still pulling the same stunts with him on the sidelines in the assistant role “He’ll put a rocket up the players arse lad”.

•Struggles to speak the language.

Would give the entire club a lift if he could oversee a win on Saturday.

Did he play 442 against Chelsea with Richy and DCL up top? Sure we had sigurdsson and schneiderlin as a midfield two.

No issues with this.

Will fire a rocket up the backsides of this bunch and get them working hard in the next few matches.

Not a sustainable tactic long term, but may help us grind out a few wins short term and take a bit of pressure off the incoming manager.

Spanish Genius would've played Rondon as a number 10 again lololololol

FairPlay to him getting a result with that midfield 4…
