...after signing up 1952 days ago. Is that by any chance a record? If nothing else it's a testament to the weird ways of my mind and memory. Or lack of. The latter.

Anyway... hello! Norwegian, 38 years of age, been an Evertonian since the early 80s and have successfully brought my two childruns (boy & girl) back from the dark depths of Mancunianism and into (or under) the lights of Goodison! Didn't really have to do much, reverse psychology is a wonderful thing and works best on its own. Oh, and adding to that I've also made sure that my wife and my two stepsons are die hard Evertonians as well.

I remember being vaguely aware of this place but I can't remember lurking, so I do believe this is my second ever visit. Lurk is a great word though, sounds exactly like what it is, so I might be doing some of that down the road.

Thanks! Didn't lurk though, just forgot I was ever here and then came back and computer said no when I tried to register with my true and trusty nickname.

I am way up north, in Hammerfest. But only because I work here. I'm from the west coast originally, from a place that is kind of like the Norwegian version of Liverpool. We are good fun, we talk fast and we have also have an accent nobody else understands. Oh, and beer. We love it too.

Costs a bloody fortune there though doesn't it?! I work over there quite a bit and it's a nightmare trying to get drunk, keep having to sneak beers onto my expenses.

You went for the Scotland game? Recently or a few years back? I saw a game vs Scotland a few years ago and had quite a few beers with the Scots. Good bunch of lads, very funny. Had a great time

Yeah, £9 is more like it, especially in Oslo. Some places are cheaper but you have to find them. And it's not even a pint half the time! Usually iy's 0,4 litre, which is something like 3/4 of a pint. Rubbish. Up here in Hammerfest you can get a tap for about £7 I guess, but that's for the more or less local beer (Mack), which is nasty imo.

Yeah, it's pretty expensive so that's what I try to do as well. Are you in the oil & gas industry by any chance? Used to work with lots of Brits back in the day, on some of the big projects going on in Haugesund.
