I think the mental side of things stands us in good stead. We've been in this situation before so know what pressure will be on us each week. We've also shown great defensive form in recent weeks. Villa and Man City by contrast are new to this situation and could crumble towards the end. Likewise the pressure will be heaped on Liverpool, especially if Inter do them in the CL. That 4th spot will effectively be to keep Beneathus in a job. Big pressure and I'm not sure some of them are up to it.

Looks like we have the hardest 4 games though so hopefully we will consolidate 4th place by then and allow ourselves any potential slip ups.

Coyney he must be losing the dressing room by now, Kuyt was a crscking player but like many before him Benitez has managed to knock the gloss off him...................some of those players really must hate the sight of him and he is expecting them to perform for him, he is round the twist but doing a great job

There are no easy games at this stage. Every 3 points will have to be fought for. We're in as good a position as any of the others, so it's very much down to our attitude and strength of mind, and how we perform in the remaining 12 games.
