saviola - if you are talking about excluding wages, no one better than this argentine talent. provided he's willing to join us.

Glad I've found someone who see him as a talent as well.
There's huge amount of talent in dutch and portugal leagues that we can tap into. Both countries produce very technically gifted young players and most importantly, it's very well within our budget. I'm sure we can find one or two more arteta out there.
For now, I can only hope our scouts travel further than watching championship side trying to spot overprice and overhype players like Nugent or Bale.
