The main wedge appears to be from people buying the flats on what used to be Highbury, followed by the Emirates being sold out every week by people watching a team that cost very little to assemble.

It also includes about £40 million (I am sure the article is wrong when it says £29 million for both, though if its true it makes the Lescott deal even more unbelievable) that the arabs gave them to take Adebayor and Toure off their hands.
