How do they work out the pricing? Doesn't make sense to me
It’s based on the number of other players investing in them and their performance.
2 years ago, there were blokes buying £2,000 worth of Jadon Sancho just before he broke through at Dortmund, some people got him at circa £0.80p a share. He’s now worth £8.59, so that £2,000 is worth north of £20,000. Another bloke famously did something similar on James Maddison when he left Norwich for Leicester, got him early at a cheap price, price has obviously shot up over the last 18 months.
Money well spent. Equally, I know a bloke who stupidly pumped £500 on Arjen Robben when he left Bayern, believing he would go to a Prem club for one last hurrah. He retired and lost the whole lot.
Swings and roundabouts. Definitely requires patience but certainly money to be made.
