I was Millwall for 9 years and got them into the Premier League and Champions League semi-finals. I won League 1, The Championship, The League Cup and Fa Cup.

I'm now currently Ac Milan and going into my fourth season. I've won

2 League titles
2 Italian Super Cups
1 Italian Cup
Runners up of the Champions League

I've sold alot of players but my squad is now looking like this but its missing Digard, Rose, Sturridge, Lima and Nesta as they are out on loan and in the reserve squad.

Any recommendations for a left back would be welcome

Manage to get my hands on FM 2007 last week! Regret not getting started on this game earlier! Totally awesome! The 2D match AI improved so much that it actually look more sensible and fun to watch than it was in the 2005 version!

Can someone teach me about tactics? I choose everton and never end up winning more than 3 goals in the league!

Cheat, manage more than 1 team, it worked wonders in CM 04 - Ahhh I remember beating the [Poor language removed] 65-0 in one match - petty I know but LMAO at the final whistle! It's the little things in life that make life grand. BTW without cheating I managed to get Halifax up to PL, and won a couple of trophies, nothing special, but was rewarding at the time - why Halifax you ask, they were the worst team in the 4 leagues I could think of

Check out the FM forums and download some tactics for you to either cheat from or study and leanr how they are set-out so you can make your own. I always found while some people would pick teams tailor-made for the tactics (Barca, Manu etc etc) I always chose Everton and the tactics didn't suit us, so I had to learn what worked and what didn't and personalized it for us. Had a blast doing it too!

Remember to download training regime's too, the ones you can find on the internet are top class, players develop across the board.

If you ask for more money then get a brazilian 19 year old called Jo, hes amazing alongside Johnson and they got me a combined total of 43 goals in one season.

I do 4-4-2 however, the two centre mids stay in the centre and then my wingers are AMR and AML, done really well and finished 5th in my first season.

Training really piss me off, I just cant seems to maintain or improve their heading abilities. When it comes to tail end of the season, I finish every match being overwhelm in the air no matter how good my players are. I'll spend some time to read thru their forum, it's certainly not an easy game where you can "learn" your way thru.

you had the cartridge add on? wow, me too!

I know of 2 people who had it, I also had the disk add on too, not to mention the c16, two c64s and a c128..

One the training menu type in the following - all in lower case:

Its allows you to hire an ace general coach who gets the best out of the young uns. You also get three more formations that you can use.
