Kids are not going to pick Everton going forward if this is our level. In fact I know a few big Everton fans and their kids support other teams.

If the club lose longstanding fans they are not going to easily replace them long term. Not when there are far more fashionable clubs out there than us.

I dont think they are going to lose supporters though. You cant just stop supporting the club, believe me I would if I could. They might lose some match going fans but no one is going to change the club they support. The issue is we risk losing a generation of fans who are growing up.

Right now I'm not sure there are any that are less fashionable. My 8 yr old daughter is flirting with City, Chelski, just like all of her mates. The only team she won't consider is the RS. But that's only because she knows if she did she'd be homeless!

Stand firm boys.
This is what they want.
They want new-age customers that they can mould and make themselves good guys in the eyes of the ignorant.

Be steadfast in your desire to remove them from their positions, to let the world know that we are Everton… NOT THEM!

This would be to credit them with having a strategy of some sort, even a misguided one.
