Perhaps having parents/grandparents from Sierra Leone makes you more eligible, and I may be wrong but I think you may switch your country if you have played age level, it's only if you make the 1st XI (if england have such a thing!) that it becomes an issue

Both Reo Coker and Arteta have 0 full caps between them I think? But Arteta doesn't have any english relatives, making it a lot harder.
