Not sure what people expect… inherited a defeated squad heading towards the championship, lost our best player in the summer, has barely had a fit DCL, barely any money to spend etc. and people think he’s hopeless because of a defeat against a strong spurs squad away?

I'm disappointed with the players in the 2nd half. But Lampard should have removed McNeil - seeing him run at a full back in slow motion an then the defender step across his line to let it roll out is awful. He'd already been poor and should have been subbed instead of Coleman. We chose to be compact but with slow players in the channels it was very easy for Spurs to just tick the ball over.

Thought he got it right tonight.

All if’s and but’s but Gray or Onana taking their chances helps and also a very soft pen pretty much ends the game for us as we can’t counter them anymore, it played right into their hands.

Failed in the summer by not responding when Calvert-Lewin pulled up injured again.

That could be a very costly decision for our PL status.

How on earth do you think replacing Richarlison with Maupay is going to keep us up?

Forward players were crap. What can a manager do with that feeble front line.

They are so poor going forward. It's the team overall though. So many don't look comfortable on the ball, some of them actively look like they don't want.

Need DCL to play consistently to at least give us some presence up top. Maupay as the lone striker should never happen again.
