Full Capacity Stadiums set to be allowed in England for new season

It is great news. The car parking folk are on the ball. Renewal invitations came today. I gave up trying to park in the street years ago.

An average of 20 deaths per day now. It goes up and up as long as there's exponential growth in infections.

If the season starts off with full capacities I'll be astounded. And if it does it wont be long until it's limited attenadance and then a lock out from grounds as we go into winter.

Honest to God. People have lost their senses if they're willing to put football attendance above their health and others they live with. Throwing themselves over a cliff like some lemming because that nobhead said its ok to re-open full grounds.

When grounds were locked out it was 800-1500 deaths a day and 60k-80k infections a day.

We are in single digits of deaths per day, it's fully right stadiums and everything else are opening up.

Once the kids and teens age cohort are vaccinated the cases will be down to the 100's a day then eventually no cases.

I guess you want stadiums closed when the Flu bug is rampant in Winters from now on, because that is what the cases numbers will be looking like in July, flu bug numbers.

Got to open sometime, if you don't feel comfortable don't go ,can understand people with underlying illness being reluctant. I've had 2 vaccines and will be going and can't wait no one is forcing anyone to go. More worried about going back in them toilets in the upper glwadys

This is not a flu bug.
The problem is that if this doesn't work then football could be forced to close again

This variant is very different in terms of transmissabilty than what we saw last year.....Time will tell

Literally hasn’t been the case.

Of course it is. Infections are rising and now hospitalisation is beginning to more closely reflect rising cases and deaths are now beginning to rise. If we have 50,000 cases per day in 2 weeks as predicted then we're spiralling out of control and crerating the conditions for variants and even more hospitalisations and deaths.

FFS, dont help the scum making these decisions to infect, hospitalise or kill you. I'd urge Evertonians to stay away from the ground, especially if they have vulnerable people in their families. That's a no brainer imo.
