Hello. I am a current student in university, who will be traveling abroad to Europe next Spring. As a foreigner, I am not very educated on the best method of attending a premier league game, because I have never been to one before, but as a lifelong Everton fan, I have been anxious to see one in person for many years now. I have two main questions as a fan who is trying to see a game for the first time. Is the best way to get tickets on the Everton Fc website? And how should early should I look to get them? Also, are there good recommendations for housing/hotels/hostels near Goodison Park or in the general Liverpool area? If you have any other general recommendations for an individual attending their first game at Goodison Park feel free to leave suggestions below as well. Thank you to all who respond and UTFT!!

Most likely in April, either against Tottenham or Fulham.

if you go legitimate for ticket chance and base price , Fulham and purchase as soon General sale opens on 23rd March, don't hang about. If it gets moved to midweek even better chance.
