Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

mundo deportivo is like the echo, in fact they have much better sources and information, so when they say both clubs are in talks its somehow a confirmation, in fact the article says Barca don't want him there for next season and want to send him out on loan again while he doesnt want another loan and wants to move permanently.

I think it’s just a matter of time, he can’t afford to move to another Spanish club and fail again, he has to put his career back on track, he did better in the premiership and was loved by the fans and most importantly, he had a good relationship with our manager.

I'd like both of them playing for Everton. Best value would be Lennon though.

I prefer team players.

Can't agree on that one Dave, Del has youth on his side, to take on Lennon would bringing in another oldie with limited playing years to see out his retirement days at Everton, no thanks. Del would be a better capital asset.

Lennon's work rate is first rate. He can also get amongst the goals.
Deulofeu's workrate is non-existent, he can make things happen in the opposition half though.

They both have strong-suits. Lennon is more professional. Deulofeu the more exciting of the two on the ball.

Still Lennon though, imo.

Yes I think Lennon should still be targeted. His attributes are different but he benefits the team more and Coleman too.

The daily mail journalist who broke the story does not write about many transfers. He does write lot of articles about everton and the other north West clubs.

Yeah, he came alive again when Lennon turned up. I'm trying to think how Coleman was with Deulofeu ahead of him; loads of overlapping runs ignored by Deulofeu probably.
