Great interface design too, the last one is for geeks like me.

Its called organisation. Nothing wrong with having a list of stuff that needs to be done. Plus it's got a great interface, all web apps should be like that.

i have plenty of lists going on, without the need for electronic reminders, life just wouldnt be the same if you didn't forget to do the odd thing, it's human nature.
it can also be very convenient to 'forget' as well.

Oh I still do that, it's very easy to drag a task to another date.

But for me I need this level of organisation. It is helping me get my business back on track by creating a Project list, with tasks that all point to the resolution of the project.

If it's not for anyone who is not arsed, then fine - but I'm sure some would find it useful.
