Was thinking the same thing...makes you think they tranq'd it. If it's like that by nature I wouldn't mind having one just to scare the sh*t out of people. You could put that [Poor language removed] on a leash and walk it FFS.

It's probably the first time it's come into contact with humans. Give it a week and it'll be all stroppy, demanding cheese and insisting on relocation down some back alley.

Not sure if it was a one off freak, but the funny thing was, the guy that caught it ran off with it down the street.
