Glass half.........Full/Empty?

So what are you? Come on be honest. Theirs been a lot of [Poor language removed] over the last few days. Some members have tried to stay positive an some like me just wither in to the nearest grid. Doom an gloom the world will end an all that!!

So lets have it. What are you?

Glass half empty. Just can't help it, thing are always just worse. Coz they just are.

Depends on the situation, if I lost a leg I'd certainly see it as a bad thing instead of a good thing because I still had the other 1 but generally speaking I try to stay positive. While I dream of watching the Everton captain lift the league title, I know it's not going to happen this season so I try to enjoy every little good moment

My old boss was a miserable **** & I think we could win every game in about 4 years while signing the best, most entertaining players in the world & he'd still whinge about something on a daily basis & it did my head in so since then I've tried to enjoy what little victories we get

Well, if you're talking about an actual glass then I say 'half empty'.

But using it as a metaphor for outlook on life I guess I'm a 'half full' guy. Can often be grumpy but am ever the optimist underneath

Half empty most definitely, I try to stay positive but as soon as something goes wrong I start feeling a little less optimistic about any situation in life.

I tend to swing both ways (Hold that thought, I will explain). I'm a bit of an optimist basically with occasional plunges into the depths of a half empty glass.
Someone once said that a pessimist is an optimist with experience.
Maybe an optimist is just a pessimist who got lucky.
