Norweigans are clocking up the goals recently, and with them now being 11 ahead of us, its vital we try and score a few at Sunderland tomorow!

Does anyone think goal difference will come into the reckoning at the end of the season?

or

Do you think this comes into Moyesys thinking when it comes to tactics etc?

I don't think it's something we can rely on. Plenty of points still to play for so I don't think it will go that way. Sadly they (or two of them anyway) seem in good form at the moment.

Dont think its something you can legislate for. All you can do is go into each game to win and by as much as possible. Personally, if they are 11 goals better off that us at present, i cant see us overturning that.

The only worrying thing is their current form, they're playing really well and we have to hope we can match them on derby day, we can NOT lose that game

yeah... well gerrard and torres are playing really well. an injury to either will be interesting.

their first goal luck will not hold out. and lets face it... bolton and newcastle... we really knew they would win those games anyway.

it 'aint over till it's over!

We are more than capable of clawing the goal difference back, after all, we also have Derby,West Ham and Newcastle to play at home, Fulham away and Sunderland today. It seems like a gaping chasm at the moment and worth a point to them, but with the Yak in goal hungry form i wouldn't discount us reducing it to very low single figures before the season's out.

We need Carsley to launch a chin-high kung fu tackle on torres in the derby, take him out for the rest of the season. Bingo, we're in 4th place :-)

I'm afraid all these RS goals are my fault. last week I called it that Everton will finish fourth on goal difference.

RS then won 3-0 and 4-0.

so a nice 7-0 against Sunderland will bring us back into line.

Again, the disallowed AJ goal, with the subsequent 2 points lost, could make a really big difference at the end of the season... that's without even counting the penalties denied etc.

Have you noticed torres is starting a lot more games its a sign benithus is starting to worry
and they are trying to amass a big goal diff so its a compliment to us really I hope raffa
says something stupid next year as well imagine trying to wind a jock up even fergi got his
collar felt at goodison last year

Could you call a 4-0 win for Fiorentina then?
