Confirms to me we have signed up not just a very good player but one with common decency and integrity. For me Joleon is Player of the Season.

Watched super sunday - the last word on sky sports earlier and andy gray picked him at left back for his prem 11, I think this kind of means that people outside of the 4 stands of goodison are maybe noticing what a talented individual he has been this season.

He is also an excellent clubman, always first to congratulate scores and the like. IMO he has been DM's best signing, including Timmy;)

He looks like something out of Star Trek but I like him, I reckon he's sound. The type of lad down the pub who doesnt offend anyone and sometimes wears snide trainees but no one points it out him.

He's good at footie too like.

i want the skinny on the knees incident.

i didnt realise he was a villa kid, and that they released him.

you get more heart and fight out of someone that struggled to make it rather than someone given the easy lane into the game.

"As a teenager who refused to give up when his beloved Aston Villa told him he was not good enough to become a professional footballer"

just shows you how thick the brummies are - tho we let Gerrard go for being too small...d'oh!

all sides let players go, its the way of football, alan smith went through the wringer before he made it at leeds.

look at vinny jones, a man that turned up where wimbledon played and managed to talk himself into training eventually, ended up playing with cantona at leeds and going out getting drunk in blues bars with him.

what a story.

reo-coker is the latest talent to come to mid for making it the unconventional way.

Brilliant player, always give his all and is a fantastic player this season, tackling, pace, composure and just all round play is fantastic.

you can tell he loves the blues now.

brilliant player and a fantastic member of the sqaud, a popular member.

Lescott from Star Trek?!!!
