Sedation …. Done it previously with no sedation… never again. It was bad enough today … I thougt at one point they’d only pretended to sedate me

Aye same, absolutely worst experience of my life. Needed a hug off the fit nurse after she finished invading me.

I had gas and air recently, having had the procedure before and not really remembering any anaesthetic being involved, nor any discomfort.

2nd time around I gulped in that gas so fast, the endoscopist actually stopped and told me to slow down!!
