the protein intake i posted is not a perfect/strict way to work it out, but its a decent starting point.

Probably just the lifestyles by mine because I can get it on the cheap if I can prove I'm in full time education, which I am. Also it's a two minute walk and tidy birds go.
Good reasons lid. Where do you live? Get some aftershave and splash it all over.
Good luck lid. Stick at it. I remember first going the gym and thinking I stuck out like a sore thumb. Get a workout from the trainer there and stick at it.
