GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

I agree, WWE has been pretty dump for a lot of this year, bar the odd match and a couple of other bits.
There just seems to be no direction..

The rock reappeared and started the Cena heel story, then wasn't seen again!

Lesnar popping in and out.

I just don't see what they're doing. Maybe they just want to get Cena over and done with. Lesnar will disappear once Cenas story is done.

Well put.

I haven't watched a second of wrestling since the end of July, it's just not very engaging anymore. The Rock returning and kickstarting what seemed like a quite cool storyline, only to never follow up on it was so awful. Cena's heelrun was also a complete joke. Overall the product is just so "stagey", not that it hasn't always been like that, but it's even worse these days.

I might watch the CM Punk match from the Saturday show (I don't even know who he wrestled, but I saw his latest Instagram posts and was somewhat ingriued), if I can find the motivation to do so, but I can't see myself returning as a weekly viewer in a while. I'll probably be back for the Rumble. Oh wait, it's in Saudi isn't it? Nevermind.

Any of you wrestling types tell me what this is about?

WWE's top brass are right in with Trump, rather depressingly. He and Vince McMahon go way back, and Paul Levecque aka Triple H is married into the family.

I think this shot had something to do with a health initiative of RFK Jr's that HHH was involved with, or supporting, or something. Somewhat ironic, given his steroid-induced heart issues. It was a little while back IIRC.
