Gravesen out with knee injury

Thomas Gravesen's hope of continuing his great start and his hopes of bringing his fitness levels up to the Everton standard have hit a wall.

Though the injury does not to appear to be too serious, he is expected to miss the Premiership games with Manchester United and Aston Villa in addition to the UEFA Cup first leg with Metalist Kharkiv.
