Just joined up ..... laid low with the close season blues and needed to get my fix.

I'm a lifelong Evertonian, originally from Lancashire but exiled down here for some years.

Don't get to anywhere as many matches as I would like to but looking to remedy that ... one of the privileged many that can still remember a championship winning side, my first match was v Notts Forest in '79 (they were European Champions) .... we won 1-0 courtesy of Brian Kidd .... which of course made US European Champions! I sat in the Bullens Road above the Forest supporters, which created as much entertainment as the game.

Fondest memory.... THAT Andy King goal .... watched on my black and white bedroom portable with the sound down as an eight year old ..... the tV had to be off at 7 you see ....

Biggest disappointment ..... I was there that night in Villareal ..... say no more ...
