Another Everton fan here. I mostly kick around on Toffee Talk (which I consider my "home" forum), but I can't see any reason not to participate in other Everton forums. I've been a fan, on and off, since the late 90s when a friend of mine in graduate school casually said, "you should follow Everton." Over the past 2 years I've gotten a lot more serious about following Everton. Distin, Stones, McCarthy are among my favorite players but that will probably change in the next few months...or days...or hours...or minutes. But more properly I LOVE them all. Still bummed about Oveido's injury and hoping he can make a full come back.
Anyways, in my real life I am a college professor teaching in Virginia. I have several obsessions: watches (super nerdy, I know), soccer (football to most of you), border collies, and my job, which allows me to study lemurs in Madagascar.
I grew up in Chicago suburbs and and spent about 4 years living in Mexico when I was young. Chicago style pizza is superb and you never put pineapple on it. Period.
