They are bang average - even by Danish standards (which, because the country is small, can only be intermittently high).

And they aren't a patch on their 1984 side which was their greatest. A magnificent team to watch: Lerby, Arnesen, Morten Olsen, Laudrup, Elkjaer-Larsen... wonderful.

England still joint favourites with the majority of bookmakers. They either have big liabilities with England or they are having a laugh
Surely Spain, France, Germany and Portugal have to be favourites over England after tonights showing

Tbh, when looking at the squad it's hard to see a coherent plan. Toney was never required, and has done nothing since coming back, would have been better off using that spot for a competent midfielder. I would possibly consider dropping Trippier for a left sided cb so when attacking England can go 3 at the back allowing Stones to push into midfield like he does for country, play foden behind Kane, Gordon left and Bellingham deeper.

Toney was a “penalty man”.

Despite his southwest London attitude and making his Brentford team look like mugs.

Suddenly Bellingham is an 8 and not a 10.

Lol.

That did;t take long.

The feller is hyped up beyond belief.
I agree with you. He's a great athlete and produces great moments but he isn't a classy player on the ball. James Rodriguez is what a classy player on the ball looks like and Bellingham isn't that. Nowhere near the level Rooney was either.
