My Car is off the road at the moment, but i got my mum to take me up to the local asda to pick up the new Halflife 2 Episode 2 Orange Box...

Came home bout 15 mins ago to find they hadnt put anyfin in the [Poor language removed] box, DVD's wise !!! phoned them up and her answer was, your gonna have to just come in and change it..

i said i cant get another lift as everyone has now gone out so it would cost about 8 quid in taxi fares, and her response was, that is not our problem..

so i kicked off further and asked for the manager who then offered to reimburse the 8 quid taxi money with asda vouchers, which to be honest is no real use to me!!! so i said thats no good...

got a phone call back a min ago, and she said she is sending a member of staff round to my house to bring the DVD's and instruction manual.. haha !!!

shows how if ur persistant u get what u want...

sorry but i wasnt in the wrong, and im having a night in tonight before a big day tomorrow which is why i bought it... so im not getting fobbed off or paying more for anything lol
 
Jon, this story should have soooo started:

'My car is off the road, so I had to get a ride to the store' rather than My mum had to give me a lift so I could buy a video game :lol:
 
all sorted now. installing it, cant wait for tearm fotress 2 lol... i used to love the old one back in my youth lol

People make errors chief, to go off on one like that is not the way forward. I see it loads and I would have told you to do one, transport to the store does not rely with Asda, did you check the box before you left the store? You paid money for it.

o well lol... not my fault if my car is off the road for an mot....i never pla games really... but team fortress used to rule, n im bored to [Poor language removed] lol
