moyes's missing link? we have to be strong this year and earn some real league money to get an established player like him, and if he plays so well this season expect arsenal and spurs and possibly others to be in for him with some big wages.

he isnt the only one, there has to be others but hes the most obvious, and i have to say, i have been crowing about this kid for some time.

Well I remember him on Football Manager 05, I noticed his stats were awesome so I signed him, and he is one of the many players that I have experienced on FM before I'd even known what they look like. Others included Arteta, but that was on Champ Manager.

his first season at blackburn he stood out, pacy, good delivery and some amazing goals.

good find by hughes was that.

I discovered him before Hughes was even boss at Blackburn. But you can't buy a player based on his Champ Manager stats. :)

Sven does, Strachan has stated in his Biography that he practised tactics on Championship Manager while he was at southampton....

Be even better if we picked up players like that before they were famous. Moyes has done well with the likes of Arteta and Cahill where we've saved a fortune on them, maybe Pienaar will be just as successful?
