I once knew a German woman whose job was translating books into several languages (German, English, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish. Told me that she was really trying to figure out Polish but eventually gave up.

Apparently a very difficult language. Glad you have learned English.

If you were to order a Hawaiian style pizza at the local place how would you say it?

We’re a bilingual household (English/Polish). It is a very challenging language. There are some subtle differences in consonant combinations that I can’t differentiate but my kids have no problems with. That being said, I’ve learned enough Polish to know when my wife and mother-in-law are talking about me. So I met my goal.
Always thought Finnish was difficult to learn as well

Welcome to GOT. I feel like I've now got an ally in my ongoing argument with @Bohemian Toffee about the quality of Polish beer. He reckons its bad, by the way. Back me up here! ;)
