Hi all, my first game at Goodison was Everton reserves v Liverpool reserves , 3 all draw. This was back around 1955 I think. My uncle (a season ticket holder) took my brother and me. Those were the days when the other lot were in the 2nd division and reserves played at Goodison. I remember Tony McNamara playing for us but that is all I can remember. I am now a season ticket holder in the main stand.

Hello Bernard mate. You must've seen Everton do all sorts of boss things, you lucky, lucky sod.
Yes and some horrific times too, battles with relegation too often 1994 with Limpars handball nonsense and 98 Coventry. Then again great wins too. I think Everton's fortunes were summed up pretty well by a footie echo headline back in the 60s. It went something like Everton's motto (NSNO) can be roughly translated as never a Saturday without hope. That pretty much is still true now especially of late under Roberto who has finally admitted that we are in trouble. We need a win today like never before.
