Fortunately you provided a template for me so i don't have to think much about what to say!
Where about are you from?: Born In liverpool, but left 30 years ago, now living in North carolina
How did you find these forums?: From my American son in law - who we (the family) convinced him to become a blue - actually didn't take a lot of convincing at all.
How did you become an Evertonian?: ermm I have no idea. I just am. I can't even remember my first game, I think I was too young to even remember when my dad took me to my first. The first game I vividly remember is Fred Pickerings debut game.
Your all-time favourite Everton player?: Has to be Alan Ball - a magnificent player. One of the few players who could get the whole crowd on their feet when he was on the ball
Your current favourite player?: I think it's John Stones. He has such an old head on young shoulders and can be a future england captain. Having said that, Ross is pretty damn good too.
Pineapple on Pizza, Is it socially acceptable? What are your views?: I don't know about being "socially" acceptable, but If I ever have pineapple on pizza it certainly gets scraped off before I enjoy the pizza
