Hi Everyone
Long time lurker, first time poster
I have visited the site and browsed the forums for a number of years but never took the dive into signing up and posting in the forum so here goes.
I live down south and been an Everton fan since around the age of 10 when my uncle took me to my first game (Away vs Arsenal @ Highbury) and was a frequent visitor to Goodison in the 90s and travelled to a few London games too.
Now my involvement is limited to armchair viewing. Whilst me and my family are all members (and now high up on the ST waiting list), our ability to get up and see a game has been limited over the years. I have managed the odd game away but that usually resulted in me sitting in the home end with friends who had a spare ticket.
My eldest daughter has started to take an interest in football since the women won the Euro's and now plays in a local team and has been to see Everton Ladies play a few times when they used to travel down to play Reading. She now wears the shirt with pride and is always excited to showcase the new kit at the first training session of the season. I usually buy the away kit for her so I am looking forward to what is on offer this season.
Anyway, enough rambling. Congratulations if you managed to get this far. Keep posting the great content
