Hi all!

Sooo, my name’s Sarah and I’m from Sydney, Australia.

I’m a relatively new poster but I’ve been lurking around for the past year or so and figured I should at least say a quick g’day :)

I kinda stumbled upon the forums a year or so ago, probably through google or something. I think it was during the extremely depressing Koeman to Fat Sam transition and I needed to find people who shared my frustration. Reading all the fume here definitely helped! (Well it was amusing at least). Luckily that’s all in the past.

So I’ve been a part time Evertonian for the past 15 years or so, mostly on account of my Dad who was born and raised in the Merseyside area and is a diehard Toffee, tattoo and all.

Being honest, I didn’t catch all that many Everton games until the last 5 years or so when I ended up in a relationship with a bit of a soccer nut. (He’s a Villa fan but he’s taken Everton on as his second team so maybe there’s something redeemable there.) :p
Anyway, I barely miss a game now and we’re planning our trip out to visit Goodison Park in the coming year or so! :D

All time favourite player would have to be Cahill, largely in part for the Aussie connection, but also, I don’t think I’ve seen anyone in any sport play with more passion and commitment than he did for both his club and country. A true legend of the game imo!
Um... maybe surprisingly, out of the current crop my current favourite player would have to be Walcott. I always think he’s capable of something exciting!

As for pineapple on pizza. Um... this may be an unpopular opinion but I’ll pretty much only eat pizza if it has pineapples on it!
(Nutella is also an acceptable alternative :D)

G'day Sarah, post heaps, enjoy the banter etc. etc.....

Plenty of Aussies and Kiwi's here. Hopefully we'll see Everton win silverware before the Aussies know what it's like to win the Bledisloe Cup again :D (16 years?.....)

Gday.

Perfect weather for couch surfing and a TV binge today in Sydney, pity I have to work.

Welcome! Post stuff. Give it to these poms and sweaty socks. Watch out for the Oirish they’re a lovely species of Brit but prone to shenanigans. The septic tanks are good fun unless they’re old and Republican and the moderators are tory biffs except that one who delivers stuff. Nice Fella.
