Well, I came here to start the American bandwagon thread but it seems somebody beat me to it. Hope you guys aren't sick of us already. :)

Where about are you from?:

How did you find these forums?:

How did you become an Evertonian?:

I'm a lifelong football fan and I've followed the EPL from afar for sometime now. Although I've never been able to claim an EPL team as my own, with Tim Howard coming to Everton and now Landon I've taken a much closer interest in the Toffees. More than that I've really come to love & admire the history and the scrappy qualities of the entire club. I admit, I haven't been a lifelong Blue like most of you but I hope that you'll allow me to come in and take part in the discussions anyway. :) I think you'll find that many of us Yanks are more knowledgeable about football than you might think.

My solemn pledge to you all is that I'll never, ever, under any circumstances use the term soccer (after this anyway:) )

Your current favourite player?:

Howard & Donovan

Pineapple on Pizza, Is it socially acceptable? What are your views?:

Are you kidding me? Absolutely not and that's all I have to say about that.

And welcome! Good answer about the pizza......

Chesapeake is a beauty.....shame the dump that is Norfolk is right there. Had the pleasure of driving the Bridge Tunnel twice now. Real neat (although I am sure the novelty eventually wears off) Also transited in and outbound on the bay itself a couple of times.

haha...yeah, i go through that tunnel so much that I forget it's a big deal to people outside this area. I still enjoy it though. And yes, Chesapeake is definitely a bit nicer than Norfolk.

Welcome mate, we need one of those google maps type jobs for all our new American members to see which of the states we haven't got covered yet but I think you might be our first Virginian (y)
