Maybe it's down to the quality of the opposition, but Chile are a breath of fresh air for this tournament. Three or four absolutely wonderful attacking moves so far, including for the goal. Fast, diagonal balls, players making runs and actually staying onside. Quality.

Easily playing the best football of the WC so far, I know it's Honduras but still, great to watch!

Great it's the only half I've missed all tournament.

And by all accounts the nicest footy on display.

Europe is partly to blame. We have contributed some gash teams (apologies to Slovenians and Slovakians reading this) to this tournament with the likes of Croatia, Russia, Czech Republic, Romania and Bulgaria staying at home.
