With the outbreak of chat about people potentially being suing posters for libel in the Transfer thread this afternoon. I was wondering how far it should go. Chatting wham and getting it wrong are prerequisites for most threads.
Does ANYONE take ANYTHING posted on GOT seriously enough to bother?
Should Clubs be able to sue posters who misrepresent and outright lie about the terms within contracts?
Should we sue Jarg footy news websites who publish the wham posted on GOT as legit rumours?
Should we collectively prosecute a fellow poster for repeatedly posting wham as fact?
Should posters resort to the courts if someone chats wham about them, or misrepresents them?
How far does it go?
Who on GOT would you sue and why?
