Everton lead Tottenham 3-1 at the interval thanks to goals from Joleon Lescott, Leon Osman and Alan Stubbs.
Everton took just 2 minutes to take the lead when Joleon Lescott headed home a fantastic Mikel Arteta free-kick.
Spurs equalised on the 25 minute mark after a corner found the head of defender Anthony Gardner who was free in the 6 yard box to header past Everton keeper Tim Howard.
Leon Osman restored Evertons lead on 36 minutes. After a good build up involving Osman, Anichebe and Arteta, Osman drilled the ball past England keeper Paul Robinson.
Seconds before the interval, defender Alan Stubbs made it 3-1 with a thunderous free kick from 30 yards.
Lets hope Everton can see off the second half and record a impressive win to go top of the league!....
