germany is already ahead of england so....England has to worry about Italy mainly. Would be helpful for leverkusen to reach the knockout stage over Roma. and hope for a Spanish/German EL winnerIf Chelsea or Arsenal don't qualify to the next stages, a good chance we could lose a place to Germany regarding Coefficient score. Germany have four places instead of us.
At least we'd drop to the EL at Chelsea's expense. Winning the EL does not affect your domestic league places.Haha, we'll get 4th, Liverpool win the Europa and Chelsea win the CL but both finish outside the top 4. In that situation (very unlikely I know) we'd drop down to the Europa despite finishing 4th. Could you imagine the fume?

Yes, I'm just saying that the EL winner take up a separate spot in the CL, that would be additional to that country's CL allocation. ie The RS winning the EL and finishing 5th would not see the 4th place side bumped out of the CL.No league or association is allowed more than 5 teams in the CL. If the PL produced winners of both the CL and the EL and both those clubs finished outside the top 4 then the team occupying 4th place drops in to the EL as the CL and EL champions gain entry to the CL.
Just an observation, it's most unlikely to happen of ocurse.
lol...you are tempting an avalanche of "Everton, that" responses there mateHaha, we'll get 4th, Liverpool win the Europa and Chelsea win the CL but both finish outside the top 4. In that situation (very unlikely I know) we'd drop down to the Europa despite finishing 4th. Could you imagine the fume?
Win the uefa cup and finished in the top 4, will a cl place go to the 5th place
No, I think this year they are giving it to eleventh !!Win the uefa cup and finished in the top 4, will a cl place go to the 5th place

However, if a Team outside of top 4 (i.e Chelsea) win the CL, 4th place missed out and the team finishing 3rd would need to qualify.
Not true.
Our main competition is from Italy. Germany already has a better coefficient than us.
As we had the extra team, due to fair play, our wins are worth less than Italy's, so we need a greater coefficient and to have as many teams in the competition. So it's completely irrelevant which tournament Chelsea or Arsenal are in, as long as they are in Europe.
City winning and Juve losing can only be a good thing, with Lazio, Fiorentina, Roma and Napoli all still to play (and probably carry on in EL)...
So in short... If they take r seriously, Arsenal and United in EL could be a good thing.

Esk, you seem to have momentarily forgotten what team you support.
