Yeah playing Saturday, Tuesday and Saturday most weeks hahah. The only 1 good thing and only good thing from being in championship, is we will be on tv most weeks. But then we will be having weird kick of times and days like 12:30 Saturday or Friday at 7:30. Honestly this once Great club.

I firmly believe we'd drop down into league 1 the following season if we were relegated. The club is wholy unprepared for the championship and would take 18 months to sort itself out into any sort of side that could even maintain itself in the championship.
The utter financial disaster would take a decade to rwcover from, if at all.
Save an oil state takeover, we'd be absolutely destroyed by relegation.

Don't ever get into the mindset that its good for any reason to go down because it isn't. I'm a villa fan and can tell you first hand. it's [Poor language removed]. HOWEVER, what was good was that you get to be the Billy big Bollocks wherever you go, you get to go to games expecting to win and usually do (at least you don't lose them), and you get the pick of any decent players in the Championship because you can outbid anybody. However, the lustre soon wears off if you don't go up within the first 3 years because then you could get trapped down there for a long time.
The problem for sides that are used to being in the top flight and then go down, is that you go down with an average team that needs to be rebuilt. We had Jack Grealish and it still took 3 years. Those types of teams can take time to re-find their feet and momentum unlike sides that have been around the top of the Championship fighting for promotion for a few seasons on end.
its fun at first then stops being fun unless you go up.
